About the role

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You'll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Collaborating with senior management and internal and external stakeholders team to execute on the local roadmap Working with global Product, Retail, and Growth teams to align on the company's overall strategic vision Coordinating regulatory engagements, preparing materials, responding to requests for information, and navigating any other regulatory requirements Identifying key products and implementing operational features and local opportunities Managing key vendor relationships to support local operations Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth

What you'll need

A degree from a top university in STEM, business, or related field 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting Fluency in English Excellent communication skills A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end The skill to break complex problems into smaller, achievable tasks A natural curiosity and willingness to make an impact

Nice to have

Experience working with regulators A background in consulting or banking Data analytics and financial modelling skills Fluency in French
