Job Description
Logistics & Operations Management
Manage and coordinate all product deliveries for the warehouse, customer locations, and job sites Manage daily logistics planning, scheduling, routing, and transportation requirements Oversee, manage, and verify custom sheet metal orders to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion Manage payment collection from customers upon delivery and ensure proper documentation of each transaction
Customer & Administrative Management
Manage incoming customer calls, inquiries, and service needs Support and manage POS (Point-of-Sale) invoicing procedures with the team for walk-in customers Manage and assist with product events, promotions, and customer engagement activities Manage communication by calling and emailing customers for reminders, updates, and confirmations
Business Operations Management
Manage warehouse organization and coordinate inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency Support and manage daily business operations to maintain workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $44,763.27 per year
Work Location: In person
