We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our naturopathic medical clinic. About the Role



As the Operations Lead, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic. This is a full-time, hybrid position, combining on-site presence with flexibility for remote work. You will manage the administrative team, coordinate with practitioners and contractors, and serve as the operational link between reception, patients, and our external partners. You will also work closely with the clinic co-founders on a weekly basis to help build, grow, and evolve the clinic in alignment with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming patient experience. Manage reception staff and contractors, providing leadership, training, and support. Coordinate clinic scheduling and ensure practitioner calendars run efficiently. Handle supplement and supply ordering, maintaining optimal inventory levels. Assist with basic financial analysis and liaise with our finance team to ensure accurate reporting. Act as the point of contact with marketing partners and oversee implementation of initiatives. Collaborate with the co-founders to set and achieve clinic growth goals, supporting both strategy and execution. Support compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and health regulations. Provide administrative support to the clinic director as needed. Foster a positive, collaborative, and values-driven clinic culture.

Qualifications



Previous experience in clinic management or business operations (medical or wellness setting preferred). Strong background in business administration, healthcare management, or related field. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small team. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with financial reports, scheduling systems, and clinic software. Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
