The Role
We are seeking an Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our agency. This position offers hands-on experience for individuals currently studying business, project management, communications, or a related field who are interested in understanding how a creative experiences agency operates behind the scenes.
As an Operations Intern, you will work alongside our team to support project coordination, client communications, vendor management, and administrative functions that keep the agency running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination Support
Assist with project tracking, timeline management, and team communication. Help ensure projects move forward efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks.
Administrative Operations
Support day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, file management, and internal communications.
Vendor and Client Coordination
Help coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients on logistics, deliverables, and project requirements.
Research and Analysis
Conduct research on industry trends, potential partners, and operational best practices to support agency growth and efficiency.
Process Documentation
Assist in documenting workflows, creating templates, and improving operational systems.
Qualifications
Education
Currently enrolled in a business, project management, communications, operations, or related program.
Attributes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive problem-solving approach
Professional written and verbal communication
Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools
