We're hiring an

Operations & Growth Coordinator

to help manage daily operations, improve systems, and support growth. You'll be the bridge between clients, cleaners, and management -- helping Nestly run smoothly and scale confidently.

What You'll Do



Manage daily scheduling and job coordination for residential, Airbnb, and light commercial cleanings. Communicate with clients for booking confirmations, changes, and feedback. Recruit, schedule, and support cleaners and field staff. Track inventory and supplies; manage product restocks and distribution. Support marketing activities -- social posts, local outreach, emails, flyers. Handle follow-ups, reschedules, and re-bookings to keep jobs consistent. Step in for on-site visits or light cleanings in emergencies. Provide weekly progress reports on bookings, client retention, and cleaner performance.

What We're Looking For



1+ year experience in

cleaning, hospitality, or service operations

(required). Strong organization and communication skills. Professional, trustworthy, and self-driven.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required).

Comfortable managing multiple clients, staff, and tasks daily. Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or scheduling tools.

Compensation & Perks



$2,100/month base salary + bonuses & commissions .Performance bonuses for recurring client growth and business expansion. Commissions for new clients brought in directly. Fuel reimbursement for travel

outside the GTA

or emergency job coverage. Flexible working hours and supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Pay: $2,100.00-$3,000.00 per month
