Operations/Customer Service Administrator Position Outline UPPAbaby Canada Ltd is seeking to hire a new Operations Administrator to support our growing Operations Department. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for order entry, invoicing and processing orders for mass merchant accounts along with independent retailers across Canada. They will be responsible for daily report generation and act as the main liaison for the Sales Department, to ensure each account is properly maintained. The Operations Administrator will communicate with our sales representatives on a daily basis, and provide support to both the Sales and Operations Departments upon demand. This person will work closely with our Operations Managers and warehouse team to ensure the efficiency of orders is both timely and accurate. Areas of Responsibilities & Tasks Duties and responsibilities include: ? Order entry and invoicing through QuickBooks. ? Mass merchant processing through EDI services and platforms. ? Provide support to Customer Service support during busy periods & vacation coverage ? Primary contact for Mass accounts regarding orders ? tracking, backorder fulfillment, changes and short-shipments. ? Product knowledge for all supplier lines. ? Provide assistance for tradeshow/event support as needed ? product allocation, shipping and booth support. Position Requirements: ? Very high attention to detail. ? Must be extremely organized and be able to handle multiple deadlines for different tasks. ? Strong communication skills. ? Must have knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Programs. ? Report generation experience from Excel, QuickBooks or other IT programs, is an asset. ? Works well in both independent and team settings. ? Must be able to prioritize and manage own workload. ? Must be resourceful and a self-starter. ? Education ? College diploma or University degree. ? Former experience in Operations or Logistics is an asset. Job Types: Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year Benefits:
