In this role, you will be the bridge between our English and French-speaking partners, utilizing your exceptional language skills to deliver outstanding service. Your contributions will directly impact our partners\' satisfaction and help drive our business forward.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Demonstrated high level of competency with computer systems and administration tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative duties.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization, from front-line staff to senior management.

Some of what you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking partners, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service in both French and English.
• Organize shipments for Purolator, Manitoulin or any other carriers with the best rates possible
• Ensure orders are being processed daily and in a timely manner
• Produce Invoicing, ensuring all rebate programs, financing terms and freight programs are accurate and timely

• Monitor Warranty Claims by dealers ensuring they are handled in a timely basis
• Maintain all service and customer records as required by warrantor
• Working with the Logistics team, you will contact dealers to inform them of incoming loads, then follow up after delivery that all was fine. Document and handle any issues that may have occurred
• Administer incoming sales promotions and credit dealer accounts

Wage: $20-$23 hourly based on Skills and experience
