  • Meet and greet all clients in a kind, courteous and professional manner as they enter the building creating a warm and inviting experience.
  • On site duties include receiving and sorting mail, faxes, receiving client drop offs and coordinating delivery to necessary team members and making bank deposits.
  • Manage all incoming calls to the corporate branches and transferring to the appropriate teams.
  • Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email, and in person in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizing catering and equipment for meetings and special events in the branch.
  • Ensure users of the boardrooms are vacated in a timely manner for other users and follow through to ensure boardrooms are clean and tidy for the next users.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion while dealing with clients and their information.
  • Provide administrative support to the branch team as needed.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.
What you will bring
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist/customer service role, preferably in a Financial Services firm but not required.
  • Post-secondary education degree in business, commerce, economics, or related discipline is an asset.
  • A genuine interest in developing professionally within the Financial Services industry and willingness to complete industry-related courses.
  • Ability to foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients, advisors, branch support staff, IPC Head Office team and other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent client service skills to anticipate client needs and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
-The base salary for this position is between $37,000- $50,100 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
