Complete & distribute monthly reporting requirements for all underwriting teams in Canada
Support the maintenance of underwriting documentation & forms in the policy management system
Ensure timely and accurate completion of bordereaux extracts for distribution to internal stakeholders
Business Audit Functions
Participate in projects to gain competitive insights and the communication of key findings
Support regional underwriting file audits
Support the market underwriting audit process
Be the key contact for setting up Auditor system access & hardware support in Canada
Communicate with markets on adjustments required for market reporting processes
Delivery of reports and analytics to all teams
Analyze raw data to provide business insight
Operational Solutions
Provide first-level business and productivity support to end users
Work with multiple departments (Real Estate, Operations, IT & Underwriting) to provide logistical support
Provide office level operational support to improve the office work environment and efficiencies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Insurance systems experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Accustomed to working in high volume and high energy atmosphere
Has successfully demonstrated the ability to take ownership of their work
Must be extremely organized and proactive
Ability to communicate in user-friendly language
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
