Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Associate to join our team in Burlington, Ontario, within the manufacturing industry. This role is a contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to various logistics and administrative functions that support the smooth flow of operations. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, data entry, and problem-solving, ensuring high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:

• Process and enter a variety of orders accurately and efficiently as directed by management.
• Handle manual credit transactions and provide in-office processing support as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, to follow up on customer orders and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform manual teardown and sorting of products and packaging to maintain operational standards.
• Investigate and resolve product-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately.
• Stay up to date with evolving product and service knowledge to provide informed support to customers.
• Assist with additional duties as required to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
• Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, using critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with order processing systems and related software is an asset.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and business needs.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
