This role is a hybrid position that combines inside sales, customer relationship management, showroom coordination and operations support. This position will engage daily with dealers, manage showroom operations, support order processing, and contribute to business growth by fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Showroom & Customer Service
Provide a welcoming and engaging showroom experience by greeting customers and assisting them with product selection.
Answer customer questions, process sales transactions, and handle credit payments efficiently.
Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and build long-term relationships.
Maintain showroom organization, inventory levels, and overall cleanliness to create a professional sales environment.
Support the branch team by assisting with processing tasks as directed by the Branch Manager.
Sales & Dealer Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for a set base of dealers, handling all sales-related inquiries and support.
Proactively engage with dealers via email, phone, and virtual meetings to promote sales and strengthen relationships.
Conduct virtual Product Knowledge (PK) sessions to educate customers on our offerings and drive sales.
Follow a structured sales plan with clear targets and goals, ensuring consistent follow-ups with dealers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities among existing customers.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, logging dealer interactions and tracking progress.
Assist with setting up new dealer accounts, guiding them through the onboarding process.
Administrative & Additional Responsibilities
Handle outbound/inbound calls to support new and existing customers.
Direct and educate customers on available support resources, warranties, and company policies.
Support the Kingston branch by answering phones during short-staffed situations.
Assist with French-speaking dealer inquiries and tasks related to warranty, branch communications, and sales support (if applicable).
Contribute to warehouse operations as needed, including organizing stock, preparing shipments, and assisting with deliveries.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is advantageous.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Ability to lift and move heavy items as required, following proper safety procedures.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
