En tant que representant associe - Ventes internes, vous interagirez avec les clients existants, principalement par telephone et par courriel, afin d'augmenter les ventes des produits et/ou services de la societe en obtenant et en augmentant les commandes, en creant la satisfaction du client et en ajoutant de la valeur a l'experience d'achat du client. Vous collaborerez avec les ventes externes pour vous assurer que les objectifs sont atteints.


Responsabilites:



Obtenir des commandes par courriel et par telephone, verifier et saisir les articles, transferer les commandes a l'execution, expliquer les ruptures de stock et les dates de livraison prevues. Augmenter les commandes en suggerant des articles connexes, en expliquant les caracteristiques et en verifiant l'historique d'achat du client. Avec l'aide d'un conseiller, possede, qualifie et developpe les opportunites provenant du marketing, des ventes externes et des comptes nationaux. Preparer, generer et assurer le suivi des devis verbaux ou ecrits afin d'obtenir des commandes, ou determiner la raison de la perte d'une commande. Examiner les rapports sur les commandes en cours des clients et prendre des mesures concernant les articles en cours, y compris ceux qui risquent de ne pas respecter la date de livraison promise par le client. Tenir a jour le rapport sur les commandes en souffrance du systeme de distribution, le rapport et les avis d'expedition des clients qui y sont associes, ainsi que les avis aux clients. Signaler a la direction les tendances du secteur, les prix de la concurrence et les reactions des clients.

Qualifications:



Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent requis ; un baccalaureat est preferable. Connaissances et experience privilegiees dans le domaine de la vente et de l'administration des ventes ; encore en train d'acquerir des connaissances et des competences de niveau superieur, mais toujours un contributeur professionnel productif (0-2 ans). Familiarite avec Microsoft Office, et capacite a effectuer des taches informatiques de base. Capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches simultanement. Capacite a travailler en equipe. Capacite a communiquer clairement, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit. Souci du detail. Capacite a prospecter et a commercialiser des concepts aupres de comptes existants et potentiellement nouveaux. Capacite a prendre des mesures et a resoudre des problemes courants ou standard. Capacite a identifier et a definir les problemes et les solutions possibles de maniere independante ; choix parmi les solutions existantes. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome sous supervision. Capacite a voyager jusqu'a 25 %
As an Associate Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers, primarily by phone and email, to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services by obtaining and up-selling orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.


Responsibilities:



Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates. Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer's buying history. With guidance, owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts. Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order. Reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer's promised delivery date. Maintains distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification. Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:



High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however still a productive professional contributor (0-2 years). Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in team environment. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form. Attention to detail. Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts. Ability to take action and solve routine or standard problems. Ability to identify and define problems and possible solutions independently; chooses among existing solutions. Ability to work independently with supervision. Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation Details $21.21 - $26.51 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.



For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
