Prior experience as a real estate assistant or social media account manager is a definite plus.

As our Operations Assistant, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of property transactions, client communication, and document management.

This part-time role (minimum 20 hours per week) offers the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and company growth. Strong typing skills, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to flourish in a dynamic work setting are essential.

What You'll Do:



Client & Document Management:

Handle client information (contact details, ID, property specifics), maintain accurate files (in compliance with regulations), prepare and manage transaction documents, and coordinate digital signatures.

Communication & Coordination:

Act as a liaison between clients, agents, lawyers, and stakeholders; schedule showings, inspections, and open houses; and provide timely client updates.

Transaction Support:

Prepare listing documents, coordinate marketing materials (photography, floor plans, brochures), and manage key pick-up and access for property visits.

What You'll Bring:



Essential Skills:

Excellent typing skills (60 WPM minimum) with accuracy. Familiarity with transaction management software (e.g., DocuSign, TransactionDesk) is a strong asset. Basic Canva (or similar) skills for creating marketing materials. Understanding of Instagram and content marketing principles. Ability to quickly learn new technologies. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities. Adaptability to a changing work environment. Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle (willingness to travel locally).

Bonus Points:

Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a legal office. Knowledge of BC real estate regulations.
