Founded in 2013, Ironwood is a contemporary cidermaker focused on clean design and expressive flavour. What began as a small orchard project has become a space where clarity, balance, and modern craft come together. Every season offers its own materials -- fruit, fermentation, ideas -- each shaped through a dialogue between nature and design.
Ironwood is looking for an Operations Assistant to support production, retail, weddings, and day-to-day facility operations. This role is hands-on and essential to keeping the property running smoothly. You'll work across the entire business and support the teams who produce, host, and serve our guests.
