Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day maintenance and operational needs across our car wash and real estate holdings. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash selections. Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance (interior/exterior cleaning, equipment checks, painting, landscaping, snow removal). Complete property maintenance tasks at various locations, including lawn care, minor repairs and cleaning. Run errands and receive deliveries Support special projects like equipment installations and property upkeep.

Requirements:

Valid Ontario driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle (capable of transporting tools/supplies). Personal smartphone with data access (for communication, photos, navigation, Google Drive). Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to work independently. Comfortable with physical tasks and working outdoors in all seasons. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and safely use power tools, landscaping tools, and cleaning equipment.

Schedule & Availability:

There are two shift available Shift 1 full time position runs

Wednesday through Sunday 33.5 hrs

All weekends are mandatory

and considered critical coverage days. Shift 2 Part time position runs

Wednesday through Friday 18.5 hrs.

Must be reachable during scheduled shifts and available for emergency call-ins or extended hours as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 per hour
