Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team in Kelowna. You will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality and should be comfortable interacting with all levels of management and clients.

Schedule

Friday- 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain records, files, and lot information. Assist with rate changes, permits, and damage claims. Support with correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes. Handle office keys, access cards, and subscriptions. Assist with attendance reporting and field operations.

What You Bring:

Diploma or degree in Business Administration (or similar). 1+ year of admin/operations experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work independently and with a team.

Nice to Have:

Bilingual (English/French). Parking industry experience.
