Euclid Telehealth is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Operations Assistant

to support the daily functions of our fast-growing organization. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage recurring schedules and workflows. This position requires a proactive individual who demonstrates excellence, initiative, and a collaborative mindset, all while contributing to the achievement of team and business objectives.

Our mission is to provide ocular health screening to everyone and ultimately eliminate preventable vision loss and blindness through the early detection of eye disease, by providing expert Ophthalmic care in a convenient, modern way.

1. Operations Assistant - Tasks and Responsibilities



Your responsibilities as an Operations Assistant as a member of the Operations Support Team will include, inter alia:??

Daily Responsibilities:



Execution of day-to-day administrative, clerical and operational tasks.

Create resources and schedules within the EMR.

Organizing and maintaining program schedules.

Monitor and respond to company voicemails received and escalating urgent concerns as appropriate.

Monitor company emails received and escalating urgent concerns as appropriate.

Process and manage referrals received, ensuring accurate documentation and handoff.

Monitor and manage appointment confirmations.

Distribute forms to clinics accordingly based on the operational agenda.

Track and document incoming faxes, initiating appropriate follow-up actions as needed.

Maintain and regularly update tracking sheets, ensuring all required follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.

Prepare, organize and distribute Day Sheets according to clinic schedule.

Prepare correspondence for e-mail and fax.??

Responsibilities as Needed:



Provide assistance with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned by the Director of Operations or delegate.

What your background is:



2+ years of experience, ideally healthcare industry, or other patient care setting.

Experience in an ophthalmological or optometric setting is valuable but not required.

College/University degree or equivalent, Office Administration Certificate, Medical Office Assistant Certificate is an asset

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,

Outlook, Teams)

Knowledge of Electronic Medical Reporting System (EMR).

Able to follow multiples guidelines and procedures.

Valid driver's license required.

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

Legally able to work in Canada.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:



While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly to use hands and fingers, handle documents, and talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to sit and reach with hands and arms as is required to stand and walk. The employee is also required to drive an automobile and travel to clinics, when requested by the Director of Operations or his/her delegate. A valid driver's license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
