We're looking for a

Marketing & Operations Manager

What You'll Do

Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring the team stays organized, efficient, and ahead of deadlines Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, newsletters, and website updates Track analytics and engagement across social media and web platforms to measure success and drive growth Conduct real estate market research and prepare reports to support pricing, marketing, and client strategy Prepare, proof, and manage real estate documentation and contracts with precision and accuracy Support clients throughout their real estate journey -- from preparation to closing -- ensuring they feel informed, cared for, and supported Create systems, workflows, and schedules to keep projects and transactions moving smoothly Manage databases, CRM systems, and online tools -- ensuring accuracy and consistency Anticipate needs, plan ahead, and support the team in reaching goals and hitting targets Assist with events, client appreciation projects, and community marketing initiatives
