Operations and Client Support Assistant

Position Overview:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Operations and Client Support Assistant

to support key operational tasks, client coordination, and day-to-day logistics. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional client satisfaction, and the effective execution of promotional and PR projects. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?



Administrative Support and Client Service:



Assist with various administrative tasks to support the operations team. Provide exceptional customer and client service to our diverse customer base across North America, Europe, Mexico, and Australia.

Logistics and Shipping Coordination:



Handle the paperwork for booking trucks and preparing customs documents. Coordinate shipments, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. Prepare all necessary shipping documentation and track shipments to ensure smooth delivery. Collaborate with shipping providers and resolve any delivery-related issues.

E-commerce and Inventory Management:



Process e-commerce orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, updating records, and assisting with regular audits. Address discrepancies and ensure alignment between physical and digital inventory.

Promotional and PR Tasks:



Assist the team with various projects related to promotions and public relations. Help manage and coordinate PR initiatives, ensuring they are executed effectively. Support the preparation and distribution of promotional materials.

General Logistics Coordination:



Support day-to-day logistics operations, including managing schedules, optimizing workflows, and improving processes. Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless operations. Maintain records of shipping activities and operational tasks to ensure proper documentation and reporting. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and standards.

Experienced in Administration:

1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or client support is preferred.

Qualifications:



1-2 years of experience in administration, logistics, or operations (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is an asset. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in French is a plus.

Assistant(e) en Soutien aux Operations et a la Clientele

proactif(ve) et organise(e) pour soutenir des taches operationnelles cles, coordonner les relations avec les clients, et gerer les operations logistiques quotidiennes. Ce role est essentiel pour assurer des flux de travail harmonieux, une satisfaction client exceptionnelle et une execution efficace des projets promotionnels et de relations publiques. A Quoi Ressemblera Votre Quotidien ?



Soutien Administratif et Service Client :



Aider l'equipe des operations dans diverses taches administratives. Fournir un service client exceptionnel a notre clientele diversifiee en Amerique du Nord, Europe, Mexique et Australie.

Coordination Logistique et Expedition :



Gerer la documentation necessaire pour reserver les camions et preparer les documents de douane. Coordonner les expeditions en veillant a ce que les commandes soient traitees avec precision et dans les delais. Preparer toute la documentation d'expedition et suivre les expeditions pour assurer leur bon deroulement. Collaborer avec les prestataires de transport et resoudre les problemes de livraison.

Gestion du Commerce Electronique et des Stocks :



Traiter efficacement les commandes e-commerce tout en maintenant leur exactitude. Gerer les stocks en surveillant les niveaux, en mettant a jour les registres et en participant aux audits reguliers. Traiter les ecarts et garantir l'alignement entre les stocks physiques et numeriques.

Taches Promotionnelles et Relations Publiques :



Aider l'equipe dans divers projets lies aux promotions et aux relations publiques. Gerer et coordonner les initiatives de relations publiques, en veillant a leur execution efficace. Soutenir la preparation et la distribution des supports promotionnels.

Coordination Logistique Generale :



Soutenir les operations logistiques quotidiennes, y compris la gestion des plannings, l'optimisation des flux de travail et l'amelioration des processus. Communiquer avec les equipes internes, les fournisseurs et les clients pour assurer un fonctionnement sans accroc. Maintenir les dossiers des activites d'expedition et des taches operationnelles pour garantir une documentation et des rapports precis. Garantir la conformite avec les reglementations internationales en matiere d'expedition et les normes en vigueur.

Qualifications :



1 a 2 ans d'experience en administration, logistique ou operations (prefere). Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Connaissance des plateformes de commerce electronique comme Shopify (un atout). Excellentes competences en communication et organisation. Esprit analytique et capacite a evoluer dans un environnement dynamique. Maitrise du francais (un atout).

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
