• D\xc3\xa9terminer le paiement du lait et analyser p\xc3\xa9riodiquement les rendements de mati\xc3\xa8re premi\xc3\xa8re utilis\xc3\xa9e dans la fabrication et des indicateurs de performance associ\xc3\xa9s,
• Supporter l\xe2\x80\x99analyste aux op\xc3\xa9rations et le commis dans les activit\xc3\xa9s de fermeture de fin de mois (volumes, main-d\'\xc5\x93uvre et autres d\xc3\xa9penses),
• \xc3\x89laborer le budget de fabrication de l\'usine \xe2\x80\x93 support\xc3\xa9 par l\xe2\x80\x99analyste aux op\xc3\xa9rations de l\xe2\x80\x99usine,
• \xc3\x89laborer le prix de revient de l\'usine (co\xc3\xbbts variables + frais g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9raux fixes - support\xc3\xa9 par l\'analyste aux op\xc3\xa9rations de l\'usine),
• Assister l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de direction de l\'usine dans le d\xc3\xa9veloppement et le suivi des indicateurs de performance cl\xc3\xa9s pour \xc3\xa9valuer les performances fonctionnelles et les opportunit\xc3\xa9s de r\xc3\xa9ductions suppl\xc3\xa9mentaires des co\xc3\xbbts,
• Participer \xc3\xa0 la ma\xc3\xaetrise des co\xc3\xbbts et construire l\'avenir en fournissant des analyses financi\xc3\xa8res et des recommandations,
• D\xc3\xa9velopper des informations bas\xc3\xa9es sur des donn\xc3\xa9es et des faits pour soutenir les d\xc3\xa9cisions permettant des mesures de productivit\xc3\xa9 pour r\xc3\xa9duire le co\xc3\xbbt global,
