The Role

We are currently searching for an

Operations Administrator

, reporting to the Supervisor, Operations. This is a

12-

month, full-time contract

opportunity. The anticipated schedule is Tuesday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and Saturday from 6:30am to 3:00pm, however, candidates must be available for all shifts as needed. The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks that support overall logistics efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork Manage a ticket system for customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely resolution Process credits, create purchase requisitions, and manage invoices and invoice adjustments Investigate and complete customer credit requests Effectively communicate with customers as this position requires direct contact with internal and external customers or third-party carriers Investigate delivery discrepancies and accurately input key data including relevant codes into SAP Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

Preferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERP systems experience using business process management software Experience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferable

Exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy Proven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentation Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

The base hourly rate for this position will range between $19.04/hour and $23.80/hour.
