One of our major banking clients is looking for a Bilingual (French) Operations Administrator- Bank exp. is a must- Hybrid
Length: 6 months contract with the possibility of extension
Location: Toronto, ON- Hybrid (2 days/week onsite- expected to come in additional days if the business requires)
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm EST (may vary at certain times depending on advisory team\'s time zone)
Line of Business: Client OnboardingRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and facilitate client transfers between advisors
- Open and set up client accounts
- Follow up on transfers
- Additional tasks include, policy review, escalation management
- Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfersTRAVEL Requirement:
- 1 week out of the 6 months assignmentsMUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual - French & English
- 1-3 years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Savvy with technology and data
- Experience in escalations and policy reviewNICE TO HAVE:
- Motivated to learn
- Interest in learning platforms
- Previous customer service experienceEducation:
