Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile individual to join our team as an
Operations & Administrative Support Associate
. This role is instrumental in helping our operations run smoothly by supporting a wide range of business functions -- from logistics and internal coordination to administrative support, research, and hands-on task execution.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable switching between strategic and tactical work. This role will play a key part in supporting the operational backbone of the company, freeing up team members to focus on high-impact initiatives by ensuring that essential day-to-day tasks are handled with efficiency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with shipping and fulfillment as needed.
Support the operations team with project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and process improvements.
Contribute to the design and implementation of new processes and protocols to improve efficiency.
Create, manage, and update spreadsheets to track data such as inventory, expenses, project progress, or team metrics
Coordinate across departments to help ensure action items, tasks, and follow-ups are completed on time
Handle logistics and shipping tasks, including preparing merchandise, managing deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Ensure all work reflects the company's values of excellence, integrity, and initiative.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations support, administrative assistance, or a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or other ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and Google sheets
Strong systematic thinker with the ability to streamline workflows.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in wholesale or distribution environments.
Previous experience improving operational processes.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary:
$55,000-$60,000 CAD
, commensurate with experience.
