Your days will include:
Providing administrative support to the Operations team in a professional and responsible manner
Managing employee time & attendance, training logs, and employee data entry tasks in Kronos
Performing general office duties such as filing, printing forms, scanning documents, and ordering supplies
Anticipating and managing calendar schedules and priorities
Performing paper verification and reconciliation tasks
Supporting production, warehousing, and shipping sites as needed
Working flexible shifts depending on operational requirements
Assisting with additional tasks and responsibilities to support operations as needed
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
Grade 12 education
1-2 years of administrative experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills required
Ability to work independently with limited supervision while being a strong team player
Results-oriented mindset with initiative and attention to detail
Strong customer service and communication skills
