We are currently seeking a
hands-on Operations Account Manager
to oversee a group of assigned store locations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled at maintaining strong communication between store managers, subcontractors, and our internal team.
Position Overview
As an Operations Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and upkeep of your assigned stores. You will act as the key point of contact between Uniclean, the store managers, employees, and the cleaning subcontractors--ensuring smooth operations, timely scheduling, and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management:
Oversee the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance operations for your assigned group of stores.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and subcontractors/cleaners.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule regular and special cleaning jobs as requested by the client.
Coordinate logistics for all scheduled jobs, including notifying internal staff, arranging supplies, and confirming completion.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular (daily to weekly) site inspections to ensure stores are clean, safe, and up to standard.
Issue Reporting:
Communicate any issues promptly--such as equipment or machine malfunctions--and report details clearly to the internal maintenance or repair team.
Follow-Up & Documentation:
Ensure that all work orders, inspections, and communications are properly recorded and followed up on.
Operational Support:
Monitor cleaner attendance, ensure supplies are stocked, and provide general support to keep operations running efficiently.

Qualifications
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/French) - candidates with bilingual ability may be given priority.
Previous experience in operations, facility maintenance, or janitorial supervision preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites independently.
Solid understanding of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel between sites required).
Clean driving abstract.
