Operational Testing Support (x2)

Job Description
We are currently seeking an Operational Testing Support for a contract role with one of our clients in Canada.
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand non-functional requirements related to performance, stability, failover, monitoring, and user readiness.
- Design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases aligned with ORT objectives.
- Execute test cases during ORT cycles to verify operational performance under production-like conditions.
- Validate system behaviour under stress, failover, disaster recovery, batch processing, alerting, and monitoring use cases.
- Log, track, and retest defects; coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
- Contribute to ORT planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.
- Support go/no-go decisions by providing clear evidence of test coverage and results.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit, risk, and regulatory standards throughout the testing process.
