We are seeking a candidate who will work with the Operational Support team to support the day-to-day administrative business activities of the Vialto Partners, Immigration Law team. This role is 100% on-site at the assigned Vialto Partners office. Responsibilities

  • Incoming mail - documenting contents, sorting, scanning, updating details of work in case management and data management systems, distributing to legal staff accordingly
  • Incoming faxes - monitoring incoming faxes, documenting contents, distributing to legal staff
  • Courier preparation - waybill creation, tracking of packages, contacting vendor to resolve issues related shipment delays
  • Printing, photocopying and scanning immigration applications
  • Coordinating support services with our internal Business Center
  • Facilitating daily cheque requests - sorting, printing, scanning, courier to legal staff
  • Assist with other administrative tasks or project based work, as required.

Qualifications
Education and Professional Certification
  • High school diploma required. A post-secondary education is an asset.
Work Experience
  • 1 - 3 years of experience working in an administrative role within a law firm or business support service center
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is an asset
  • Experience with Google suite of products is an asset
