Operational Executive Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team immediately

Job Responsibilities:
Process Sales of Health Supplements:
Accurately manage point-of-sale systems, online transactions, and inventory for health products and nutritional supplements.
Align Projects with Wellness Brand Goals:
Stay informed on company health initiatives, product launches, and wellness strategies to ensure operational and marketing projects align with brand priorities.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Facilitate strong communication between sales, wellness consultants, marketing, and fulfillment teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and with client wellbeing in mind.
Proposal & Planning Support:
Collaborate with product development and sales teams to create cost estimates, launch timelines, and project plans for new supplement lines, services, or wellness programs.
Reporting & Presentations:
Prepare professional and visually engaging reports on client trends, wellness program performance, and sales metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
Bookkeeping & Administrative Support:
Perform data entry, track wellness program billing cycles, pay invoices for product vendors or wellness partners, and maintain accurate records.
Calendar & Scheduling:
Manage scheduling for the owner and partners, including client consultations, supplier meetings, wellness events, and vendor payments; maintain an organized calendar system for key financial activities.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop meaningful relationships with new wellness clients and maintain ongoing support through product education, feedback gathering, and client follow-ups.
Social Media & Content Development:
Assist in the development and regular posting of health-focused content across social platforms; engage the community with wellness tips, product spotlights, and client success stories.
Property & Lease Coordination:
Act as liaison with condo association regarding lease payments, AGM attendance, and required administrative filings related to clinic or retail location.
Health-Focused Marketing Execution:
Create wellness-focused marketing campaigns, coordinate design resources, and oversee distribution of digital and print ads that promote a healthy lifestyle, new product lines, and wellness events.
Job Requirements:
A College or University degree is considered an asset, particularly in health sciences, business, or a related wellness field, but is not required.
Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of the health and wellness industry is essential.
Background in
nutritional science
, holistic health, or
nutrient IV therapy
is highly beneficial.
A minimum of
10 years' experience in customer service, sales, and marketing
, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors.
Willingness and ability to
travel internationally
, including cross-border trips, for events, training, or supplier/vendor engagement.
Coursework or professional experience in
scientific or medical disciplines
is considered an asset.
Minimum of
3 years' experience in office or clinic management
, preferably in a health-focused or client-service environment.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and
QuickBooks
for administrative and financial tasks.
Highly
organized
, a
quick learner
, and adaptable to dynamic environments typical of the growing health and wellness space.
Wage:
Wage will be adjusted as seen fit. Starting annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000, with opportunities for growth based on performance, experience, and evolving business needs.
