Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings that meet customer expectations and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
-Monitor inventory and cost control
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to coordinate orders and ensure seamless service delivery.

- Implement Marketing Plan to promote and advertise at store level on various social media platforms.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a food and beverage management role is required.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, cafe operations, catering services, and coffee preparation.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff members, customers, and other departments.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.
- Proficient in using computer software for inventory management, scheduling, and financial reporting.
