We are seeking
Operations Coordinator
to join our fast-growing team. This role is essential to ensuring seamless daily operations across Drivon's many service divisions. You will act as the bridge between customers, service providers, and internal teams--helping maintain efficiency, quality, and outstanding service delivery.Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily operational activities across multiple service categories Support service providers and ensure they meet Drivon's quality and professionalism standards Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and workflow optimization Monitor service performance and escalate challenges when necessary Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery Contribute to the growth and efficiency of a fast-moving startup environment
What We're Looking For
High level of professionalism and reliability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset Experience in
any
service category or operational support role is a plus Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends or peak hours when needed Willingness to grow and evolve with a rapidly expanding companyJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
