Job Summary
Instructs dealership technicians in the theory of operation, diagnosis, and repair of automotive systems used in Nissan and Infiniti vehicles; verifies their understanding of the subject matter using competency-based training; prepares classrooms, workshops, and vehicles as appropriate; and maintains attendee training records in the software system database.
Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Minimum Qualifications
The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.
1. Job Knowledge and Skill:
Very strong automotive technical knowledge/background, preferably with some specific Nissan/Infiniti experience. Skill in effectively managing classroom and workshop environments.
2. Experience:
Eight or more years of increasingly responsible administrative experience, plus two or more years of directly related professional level Human Resources or Training experience.
3. Education:
Professional Certification (e.g., paralegal, etc.) or an AA degree. Consider equivalent related college or technical courses, seminars, and in-house classroom training.
4. Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of word processors, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to produce non-standard, creative products.
