We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

Teach the lesson plans given by us for the curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters respect among peers. Assess student performance through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and improve teaching skills. Maintain classroom organization and manage resources effectively to create an optimal learning environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Valid teaching certification or license for the state of employment. Strong understanding of child development principles and effective teaching methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating strong leadership skills. Proficiency in utilizing technology for instruction and classroom management is a plus. Previous experience in an elementary school setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
