We are seeking a reliable and skilled Renovation Handyman to join our team. Duties

Perform general construction and renovations on building structures, apartment units, and equipment Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs Install Drywall/Plaster, carpentry, tiles and painting for projects as needed Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the property Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management Assist with renovation projects or upgrades to existing facilities Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes

Skills

Proven experience as a renovation handyman or in a similar construction role Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall and general repairs Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and management
