Safeway Holdings (Alberta) Ltd is looking for a full time On-Site Landlord Representative in Fort McMurray, to assist in managing about 100 residential units and commercial spaces. This position requires the ability to interact professionally with all clients/customers by way of telephone or in person. The position demands flexibility, a high degree of organizational skills, and calmness to manage a variety of priorities and changing deadlines. It also requires the ability to troubleshoot when unexpected situations demand it. The position is responsible for providing tenant service on site and administrative support to the Property & Maintenance team in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Excellent customer service experience - Work well with others - Computer literacy, including intermediate level MS Outlook skills - Experience in Yardi an asset - Must have a valid class 5 driver license Reporting to Residential Property Manager, the duties include but are not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Respond to rental inquiries via email and telephone \xc2\xb7 Provide tours to potential tenants \xc2\xb7 Organization of tenant unit and mailbox keys \xc2\xb7 Collection of leases and move in/out documents and sharing with Head Office \xc2\xb7 Move in/out inspections for residential and commercial tenants \xc2\xb7 Collection of rent and security deposits and prepare deposits \xc2\xb7 Delivery of notices to tenants \xc2\xb7 Arrange for maintenance and repairs inside of units as required \xc2\xb7 Inspections and reporting on common area cleanliness and repair \xc2\xb7 Inspect vacant residential and commercial units weekly \xc2\xb7 Respond to tenant calls \xe2\x80\x93 residential and commercial \xc2\xb7 Participate in budgeting \xe2\x80\x93 residential and commercial \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular tenant visits \xc2\xb7 Provide backup to Residential Property Manager at other property(s) \xc2\xb7 Maintenance of cleanliness of show suites (dusting, wiping floors if they get marked up by people\xe2\x80\x99s shoes etc... keeping the bathrooms neat and clean etc...) \xc2\xb7 Make residential and commercial units ready for move in (assemble / moving furniture, minor cleaning, etc\xe2\x80\xa6) \xc2\xb7 Scheduling move ins and move outs, booking elevator and co-ordinating timing with the hotel and/or condo management company \xc2\xb7 Other ad hoc duties as required Ideal candidates will complete a cover letter and resume to reflect strong skills to benefit this position. Salary: $21.00 to $25.00 /hour subject to experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be required to obtain and submit a police background check.
