xc2xb7 Minimum 10 14 years of Project management experience
xc2xb7 Shift timing 2PM 11 PM On call Support Hybrid Mode 2days work from office
xc2xb7 Support Project experience is required Preferred to have manufacturing background
xc2xb7 Preferred if well versed with ITSM JIRA functionality
xc2xb7 Manage changes to the project scope project schedule project costs using appropriate verification techniques
xc2xb7 Managing 40 resources who supports 90 Applications on daily basis
xc2xb7 Create 4 Block and 5P presentation for incident based on requirement which is use for Problem Management
xc2xb7 Ensure actively working on Automation part to delivered value creation to the client
xc2xb7 Ensure onboarding of new team members with respect to their training software and security
xc2xb7 Ensure smooth day-to-day support operations within their corresponding tower
xc2xb7 Manage the updated and approved SLA definition
xc2xb7 Ensure that the contract management and contract change control is done effectively
xc2xb7 Ensuring all services imparted with focus on quality ensuring strict process adherence to be audit ready
xc2xb7 Time to Time resource and cost optimization
xc2xb7 Fully engaged in supporting development and reviewing of MSA SOW and ISO Audits etc
xc2xb7 Experience working with Project management tools like Microsoft Project Plan
xc2xb7 Hands on experience handling Risk conflict management analytical thinking for mitigation planning
xc2xb7 Good hands-on experience working on Microsoft office software like Word xls PowerPoint
xc2xb7 Implement Project management best practices Host stand up meetings to discuss challenges obstacles accomplishments
xc2xb7 Identify remove project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance
xc2xb7 Create transparency in processes and resolving conflicts Help the team to understand and follow the goals scope of work and product domain
xc2xb7 Experience handling Project Risk profiling and Monthly billing
xc2xb7 Excellent client facing and internal communication skills
