Oracle Cloud ERP Conversion Lead

oversees data migration and conversion activities for Oracle Cloud implementations. This role ensures accurate and efficient transfer of legacy data into Oracle Cloud applications.

The Work:

Lead Oracle conversion technical team for design/build/conversion execution. Scope includes Source Extract, Transform, Pre/Post load validation. Develop and implement data conversion strategies, outlining the approach for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data into Oracle systems. Lead data mapping exercises to align data elements from source systems with the corresponding entities in Oracle platforms. Maintain and document the data conversion project plan, coordinating with other workstreams to plan and execute design and build deliverables for conversion objects. Define data transformation rules to ensure data consistency and integrity during migration. Conduct thorough testing of conversion processes, including dry runs, to ensure data accuracy and address any discrepancies. Ensure coordination across all stakeholders, create and manage the Mock Conversion plan and related activities, and track data conversion milestones and cutover planning. Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of migrating data to Oracle systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timely transfer. Mentor and guide the data conversion team, providing direction, training, and support as needed. Stay updated on Oracle Cloud tools and best practices for data conversion.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementations, with a focus on data conversion. Expertise in FBDI, ADFdi, and other Oracle data migration tools. Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Technical (FIN/SCM/HCM) data structures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
