As a part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Ebay Sales Clerk. In this role Ebay Sales Clerk you will be responsible for selling company products and services via either telephone and/or e-bay internet activity at Upper Brookside. What are your responsibilities as an Ebay Sales Clerk?

• Generates revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products via ebay.
• Processes orders ? performs order entry, reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data. While also providing ongoing customer and technical service on existing orders.
• Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer. Even as advises customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
• Maintains inventory levels for stocking and restocking purposes to insure minimum stock levels.
• Sets up special order part numbers that are not regularly stocked in the warehouse.

What is the profile we are looking for?

• One (1) or two (2) years of prior telephone sales, internet sales, customer service relations and/or route sales required.
• Knowledge of car parts (Body and mechanics)
• Must be able to work and communicate effectively with others (Reading and writing skills)
• Computer skills (Excel and Inventory system)
• Schedule 7am to 4:30pm or 8am to 5pm
• Must be able to move/lift up to 75 pounds.
• High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. College coursework desired.
