Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic and passionate English Teachers to join our growing online education team. As an Online English Teacher for Early Learners, you will work with young children (ages 4-7) from Asia. You will introduce them to the English language through fun, interactive, and developmentally appropriate lessons that build a strong foundation in listening, speaking, and early literacy skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans focused on basic English vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence patterns Incorporate songs, games, stories, and visual aids to create a lively and enjoyable online classroom experience Foster a positive, encouraging, and patient learning environment that supports confidence and curiosity in young learners Communicate regularly with parents and the academic team about student progress and participation Utilize various online teaching tools and techniques to maintain attention and interaction throughout the class Assess students' learning and adapt lessons to accommodate different learning paces and styles Follow teaching guidelines and contribute to the development of early learning curriculum and teaching materials

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Education, or a related field Experience teaching young children (ages 4-7) online or in-person is strongly preferred Familiarity with phonics, TPR and interactive early learning techniques Excellent communication skills, patience, and creativity Teaching certificate such as OCT/ Early Childhood Education License/TESOL / TEFL / CELTA is an asset A stable internet connection, quiet teaching environment, and professional online presence

Others:

Flexible in working hours. Able to work

between 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (at least 6 mornings each week), and 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time Fridays and Saturdays.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
