Job Overview:


Infinity Post is an industry-leading post-production and VFX company renowned for crafting immersive content tailored for modern streaming platforms and television networks. We are on the hunt for an exceptionally skilled Online Editor with a rich background in motion graphics and/or animation, coupled with an in-depth technical proficiency in post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:



Online/conform TV movies, scripted and unscripted series, feature films, and documentaries. Ingest and organize assets following our internal folder structures and naming conventions. Follow projects from initial conform to final delivery, including master exports. DaVinci Resolve conforms, VFX pulls and swaps, timeline upkeep, and QC fixes. Thorough internal QCs of project to look for and rectify any errors early in the process. Communicate the status of ongoing projects to Lead Editor and/or Project Managers Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure flawless delivery to clients. Meet production schedules and tight show deadlines. Conceptualize, design, and integrate advanced motion graphics and animations in video content while working with compositing tools. This includes the creation of motion graphics for titles, retouching & basic clean-up. Enhance collaboration efforts with creative teams to narratives through innovative visual techniques. Regularly liaise with technical teams and IT departments to streamline post-production processes. Engage in critical review sessions, offering constructive feedback and leading improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:



A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in online editing and conforming. Mastery of video editing and motion graphics software, such as DaVinci Resolve and Fusion. Deep understanding of post-production technical standards, codecs, and delivery specifications for major streamers and television networks. Outstanding attention to detail with an emphasis on technical accuracy. Strong communication skills, open to constructive feedback. Adaptable to change with a collaborative and positive attitude. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and strong customer service skills are vital. A proven track record of performance under tight deadlines. Must be able to remain calm under pressure, with keen critical and creative thinking skills.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $25.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
