We are seeking two Online Community Engagement Specialist to join our fast-paced, creative, and collaborative team.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind influencer support--ensuring a seamless experience across content, communication, and digital strategy. Your Experience:



Experience handling administrative tasks like scheduling, spreadsheet management, and reporting

Mandatory: Proven track record growing or managing social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X)

Skilled in increasing engagement and optimizing platform presence Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Coda, and CRM/task management platforms Background in influencer management, campaign coordination, or influencer support

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate content requests and submissions from assigned influencers Ensure brand guidelines and timelines are met Assist in setting up and optimizing social media and content accounts Oversee content posting, follower engagement, and account growth

Monitor performance metrics and engagement trends

Act as the primary point of contact for your influencers

Manage internal updates, feedback loops, and project tracking Contribute to campaign strategies, upsells, and seasonal content planning

Role Expectations



Full-time commitment: minimum 40 hours/week Must be available during standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) Ability to respond to urgent messages or issues during evenings and weekends when required Start date:

Pay: $2,500.00-$3,000.00 per month

Have you managed professional Instagram, TikTok, or Twitter/X accounts before? Are you confident using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or Coda for project coordination and communication? Have you ever been responsible for requesting and tracking weekly content submissions? Can you confidently handle time-sensitive messages and tasks after hours without needing reminders or supervision? Have you set up new account or business accounts from scratch, including bios, banners, pricing, or messaging structures? Have you directly supported growth and engagement on social media by implementing strategy (not just posting)? Are you experienced in planning or contributing to upsells, marketing pushes, or content promotions?
Experience:

managing or growing social media accounts: 3 years (preferred)
