Position Summary

The On-Call Supervisor provides support to direct care employees in times of need and finds or provides coverage when needed. They will be required to complete direct care duties and also make leadership decisions. The position is responsible for securing and supervising staff to ensure that quality service delivery is provided on weekends.

Hours:

On Call Alternating Weekends

- starting at 4:00PM on Fridays and ending at 9:00am on Mondays. To include Statutory Holidays as relevant.

Qualifications

:

Post Secondary Education in Disability Studies, Community Support Worker, Rehabilitation, or related field preferred. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred. Experience in a supervisory role required. Valid Standard/ Intermediate First Aid and CPR certification is required. Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a reliable vehicle is required.
