Onboarding Specialist

to join our growing team!

As a dynamic and innovative telecom company, JAS specializes in VoIP and unified communication solutions. We are looking for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, creating memorable first impressions, and guiding new clients seamlessly through their onboarding journey--from sales handoff to successful system implementation.

What You'll Do



Serve as the primary point of contact for all new clients from the moment they transition from sales to implementation. Guide clients through the onboarding process with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, support) to ensure timely setup and configuration of services. Provide personalized training sessions to educate clients on their new VoIP and communication tools. Communicate clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables throughout the onboarding process. Troubleshoot onboarding-related concerns and escalate technical issues when necessary. Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience. Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in using JAS services from day one.

What You Bring



2+ years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or customer success--ideally in tech or telecom. Familiarity with VoIP systems and unified communication platforms; experience with 3CX is a strong asset. Bilingual in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Confidence using CRM and project tracking tools like HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar. Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects at once in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and passionate about creating great client experiences.

Nous cherchons une personne qui aime creer d'excellentes premieres impressions, batir des relations solides et accompagner les clients tout au long de leur processus d'integration, de A a Z.

Ce que vous ferez



Etre la personne de reference pour les nouveaux clients a partir du transfert de l'equipe des ventes jusqu'a la mise en service complete. Accompagner les clients etape par etape dans leur parcours d'integration avec clarte, confiance et professionnalisme. Coordonner avec les equipes internes (technique, ventes, support) pour assurer la configuration et la mise en place dans les delais. Offrir des formations personnalisees sur les outils de communication et les systemes VoIP. Fournir des communications claires sur les attentes, echeanciers et livrables. Resoudre les preoccupations liees a l'integration et signaler les enjeux techniques si necessaire. Recueillir les commentaires des clients et identifier des pistes d'amelioration du processus d'integration. S'assurer que les clients se sentent informes, soutenus et confiants des le premier jour.

Ce que vous apportez



2 ans ou plus d'experience en integration client, gestion de comptes ou succes client - idealement dans le domaine technologique ou des telecoms. Connaissance des systemes VoIP et des plateformes de communication unifiee - une experience avec 3CX est un atout majeur. Excellente communication en francais et en anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit. Aptitudes exceptionnelles en relations interpersonnelles et sens aigu du service client. Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et attention aux details. Aisance avec les outils de CRM ou de gestion de projets comme HubSpot, Monday.com, etc. Capacite a gerer plusieurs integrations simultanement dans un environnement dynamique. Esprit d'equipe, autonomie et passion pour l'experience client.
