Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Onboarding & Implementation Specialist who will lead customers through onboarding, integration, and successful deployment of VoPay's embedded finance and payment orchestration solutions. This is a post-sales delivery role focused entirely on solution implementation, technical integration, configuration, and customer enablement.

You will work directly with customers' product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless implementation experience. You will also collaborate internally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Support to ensure each customer launches smoothly and derives maximum value from VoPay's platform.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Implementation & Onboarding

Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers, from project kickoff to go-live. Guide customers through integration of VoPay's APIs, SDKs, and embedded UI components. Support configuration of ledgers, wallets, payment workflows, compliance modules, and treasury orchestration settings. Ensure customers meet all technical, operational, and compliance requirements before activation.


Technical Integration Support

Work closely with customer engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues. Review API requests, logs, data flows, and callback/webhook behaviour to ensure correct implementation. Provide clear technical guidance on integration best practices for ACH, EFT, card, payouts, reconciliation, and embedded finance workflows.


Solution Delivery & Project Management

Manage multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously with clear timelines, milestones, and progress reporting. Coordinate internal teams to ensure required resources are aligned for each customer launch. Identify risks and blockers early and drive timely resolution.


Customer Training & Enablement

Deliver customer training sessions for portals, APIs, financial operations, compliance workflows, and reporting tools. Build and maintain documentation, checklists, SOPs, and workflows to support customer readiness.


Post-Launch Transition

Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success & Support once the customer is live. Document all integration architecture, custom workflows, and launch decisions for internal reference.


What Success Looks Like in This Role

Customers complete onboarding faster, with fewer escalations. Integrations go live without blockers and follow best practices. Customers fully adopt VoPay's orchestration capabilities, reducing manual processes. Internal teams view you as the central coordinator for delivery and implementation quality.


Experience & Qualifications:

3-7+ years in SaaS implementation, technical delivery, onboarding, or integration consulting. Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, webhooks, and system-to-system integrations. Experience working with financial operations, payments, fintech, or compliance workflows is an asset. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Comfortable leading customer-facing technical conversations.


Nice to Have:

Experience in fintech, payments, ERP, treasury systems, lending, or embedded financial services. Ability to read API logs, JSON payloads, and troubleshoot integration flows. Familiarity with core banking, payment gateways, ACH/EFT, and ledger systems.
