Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Construction and project management methodologies ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage risks while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and deliverables. Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project needs. Implement risk management strategies to identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Facilitate regular project meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Ensure quality management processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status for senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Construction renovations with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Proficiency in construction tools and construction processes. Strong skills in risk management and quality management practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into actionable project plans. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
