As we continue to grow under new leadership, we are looking for a driven and experienced

Commercial Construction Project Manager

to lead complex projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

Perras Distefano Construction and Design Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across Eastern Ontario. The role involves full-cycle project management, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing day-to-day operations through Buildertrend, our primary construction management platform, and will collaborate closely with our accounting team using modern, fully integrated financial systems to ensure accurate project costing and reporting. This is a full-time position offering $35-$55/hour based on experience, along with performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive company benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. Manage project budgets and cost controls, including change orders and progress billings. Lead site meetings and coordinate with field teams to ensure safety and productivity. Maintain thorough project documentation, scheduling and personel tracking using

Buildertrend.

Oversee and support site personnel as needed.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software (Buildertrend preferred) and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of construction financials and budgeting. Valid driver's license. PMP certification considered an asset.
