We are currently seeking a

warm, dependable, and flexible On-Call Substitute Educator

to join our

West Hillhurst Campus

team. This role is ideal for an Educator who loves working collaboratively, can step into different classrooms with ease, and thrives in a dynamic early learning environment.

About the Role

As an On-Call Substitute Educator, you will:

Support classrooms with coverage for staff absences, breaks, and planning times. Maintain smooth daily routines and provide high-quality supervision and engagement. Foster meaningful connections with students and support their learning through our Blum philosophy. Collaborate with Educators to uphold our calm, nurturing, and organized environment.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for early childhood education and a heart for building relationships with students and colleagues. Flexibility to adapt to various classroom settings and routines. A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Alberta ECE

Level 1, 2, or 3

certification (Level 2 or 3 preferred). Current First Aid/CPR certification and clear vulnerable sector check.
