Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including dispatching drivers and assigning routes.
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS)
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks to update shipment information and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to coordinate the movement of goods.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the supply chain by optimizing routes and minimizing delays.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dispatcher preferred.

- Knowledge in the Oil & Gas industry
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) highly desirable.
- Excellent typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using phone systems and providing exceptional phone etiquette.
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to input information quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with Hours of Service
- Understanding of shipping and receiving processes.

- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams.

Salary will depend on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
