Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Presse Operator to join our printing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to production schedules. This role requires a strong understanding of printing processes and an eye for detail to produce exceptional printed materials.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various types of printing presses, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Set up press configurations according to job specifications, including ink mixing and color adjustments. Monitor the printing process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Keep accurate records of production metrics, including job times and material usage.

Experience

Previous experience in a printing or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with various printing techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills. Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
