We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nettoyeuse (Residential, Commercial, and Post-Construction Cleaner) to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and safe for all occupants. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, and post-construction sites, adhering to established protocols and safety standards. Supervise cleaning teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to schedules. Utilize programmable logic controllers and CMMS for efficient management of cleaning operations. Conduct routine inspections of cleaned areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Provide leadership and training to new team members on best practices in cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly, fostering positive relationships with clients.

Skills

Supervising experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance environment is highly desirable. Proficiency with programmable logic controllers and CMMS systems for operational efficiency. Basic welding skills and electrical experience are advantageous for minor repairs as needed. Strong mechanical knowledge related to cleaning equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Familiarity with manufacturing environments is a plus, particularly regarding safety protocols. Ability to read schematics for equipment operation and maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proven leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively.
