We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with phone systems and customer support
- Knowledge of sales procedures is a plus
- Ability to perform basic proofreading tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred
